HB 1419-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 1ST SUBSTITUTE)

      Requires that, by July 1, 1995, at least seventy-five percent of all full-time equivalent faculty in Washington's community college system shall be full-time faculty.

      Provides that salaries for all part-time instructors shall be at least seventy-six percent of a full-time salary.
