      Revises the duties of the office of mobile home affairs.

      Terminates the office on June 30, 1995.

      Creates a manufactured housing task force to study and make recommendations concerning the structure state government should use to regulate manufactured housing in the state.

      Requires a report by December 1, 1992.

      Repeals RCW 59.22.050 and 59.22.900.
