HB 1442 - DIGEST

      Declares an intent to balance economic development across the state to reduce the negative impacts of growth in rapidly growing areas and to expand opportunities in areas in need of economic development.

      Directs that additional priority shall be given to applications from distressed counties that are timber-dependent.
