      Revises provisions for overtime pay requirements.

      Revises provisions for duty hours for fire protection and law enforcement personnel.

      Authorizes employees to voluntarily agree to work more than eight hours in a work day or more than forty hours in a work week.

      Prohibits employers from discharging or discriminating against an employee for exercising his or her rights.
