      Directs the criminal justice training commission to offer an intensive, week-long training session on investigating and prosecuting sexual assault cases for up to twenty prosecuting attorneys and their deputies.

      Provides for the employment of ten investigators to provide assistance to the prosecutors.

      Establishes a state-wide committee on sexual assault.

      Provides legal advocates for the sexual assault program.

      Makes appropriations to carry out the purposes of the act.
