(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

      Provides that no person may label or offer for sale any fresh or frozen salmon food fish without identifying the species.

      Requires identification of farm raised salmon, commercially caught salmon, and domestic or imported salmon.

      Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
