      Lists the types of property which are subject to forfeiture.

      Provides for seizure of personal property without process in certain situations.

      Affords an opportunity to be heard on a claim of right to the property.

      Prohibits forfeiture when the owner or a security interest holder had no knowledge of the commission of the felony offense.

      Provides that the seized property may be retained for official use or sold.
