HB 1617 - DIGEST

      Prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of consumption of lawful tobacco products outside working hours.

      Provides that a refusal to hire an individual who uses lawful tobacco products by a religious organization or a company whose primary business purpose is the prevention of heart and lung disease is not prohibited.
