(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

      Provides for the appointment of a peer review committee to hear inquiries about services rendered to a patient by a chiropractor.

      Provides for an appeal of a peer review committee decision to the board.

      Requires the board to prepare a biennial report summarizing its peer review decisions.

      Authorizes a chiropractor to temporarily practice in this state for a period not exceeding thirty days if he or she is licensed in another jurisdiction.

      Exempts other types of practice from licensure requirements.
