      Creates a separate economic development account within the community economic revitalization board to provide public facilities for industrial projects and small scale tourism projects that can attract or retain jobs and private investment.

      Limits board financing for small scale tourism projects to two hundred fifty thousand dollars, and other public facility projects are limited to five hundred thousand dollars.
