HB 1666 - DIGEST

      Provides that, in making disposition of the property and liabilities of the parties, the court should consider the past, present, and future earnings of each spouse, including the earning capacity that was enhanced, diminished or foregone during marriage.

      Requires consideration of the standard of living each spouse will experience after dissolution in entering a maintenance order.
