HB 1685 - DIGEST

      Provides that the amount to be charged to the inmate for each day of incarceration shall be equal to the average daily cost of services.

      Directs the department of corrections and the office of financial management to establish a method for calculating the cost.

      Provides for modification of assessed costs.
