HB 1711 - DIGEST

      Creates a division of elections in the office of the secretary of state and specifies the duties of the division.

      Establishes a state election administration training advisory committee.

      Requires any person having responsibility for the administration and conduct of elections to receive general training within twelve months.

      Establishes an election audit section to conduct an audit of each county's election procedures.
