HB 1722 - DIGEST

      Establishes the graduate conditional teaching fellowship program as an award for excellent undergraduate performance and as a contractual commitment to teach in graduate or undergraduate programs.

      Provides for development of criteria for selection of applicants, establishes limits for the awards, establishes service requirements, and requires repayment in some cases.
