      Requires the director to adopt health and safety standards addressing employee exposure to chemical, biological, or physical reproductive hazards.

      Prohibits the use of an individual's reproductive status as a criterion of employment.

      Authorizes an employee to request temporary reassignment.

      Directs the state poison control network to provide information regarding reproductive hazards.

      Declares a right to be free from discrimination because of reproductive status.
