      Requires employers to inform prospective employees of any hazards which could cause birth defects, be a hazard to an individual's reproductive system, or be a hazard to a fetus.

      Prohibits the use of an individual's reproductive status as a criterion of employment.

      Requires the establishment of a telephone information service concerning potential effects on a fetus.

      Declares a right to be free from discrimination because of reproductive status.
