HB 1735 - DIGEST

      Grants the authority to cease operations of Interlake school and Fircrest school.

      Requires the reduction of the population of the state's residential habilitation centers by at least thirty percent by June 30, 1995.

      Creates a task force to develop a plan for the reduction and for the transfer of occupants to a residential service in a community setting.
