HB 1756 - DIGEST

      Makes it a gross misdemeanor offense for a person to participate actively in any criminal street gang activity.

      Requires a sentence in accordance with RCW 9.94A.310(6).

      Specifies types of property which are subject to seizure and forfeiture.

      Provides for an additional thirty-six months to be added to a sentence for an offense committed in connection with criminal street gang activity.
