      Revises provisions for dropout data collection.

      Creates the summer motivation and academic residential training program.

      Provides for a dropout retention and retrieval program.

      Repeals RCW 28A.175.060 and 28A.175.080.

      Makes an appropriation of ten million three hundred eighty-seven thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
