HB 1814 - DIGEST

      Establishes the child care providers conditional scholarship program.

      Requires the participants to repay the scholarship unless they render child care service two years for every year of scholarship received.

      Makes an appropriation of one hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
