      Requires park owners to pay a fee of five dollars for each occupied lot in the park for deposit into the mobile home park relocation fund.

      Provides a mechanism for assisting mobile home tenants to relocate.

      Waives the requirement for a park-owner to pay relocation assistance when the park is involuntarily closed.

      Provides that mobile homes that are relocated due to closure may not be required to comply with code requirements solely because of the relocation.

      Repeals RCW 59.21.060.
