HB 1841 - DIGEST

      Prohibits the operation of a mobile home park without a license and provides a misdemeanor offense for a failure to comply.

      Requires mobile home parks to meet minimum health and sanitation requirements.

      Provides a mechanism for assisting mobile home tenants to relocate.

      Repeals RCW 59.21.060.
