      Revises support enforcement provisions.

      Requires the department to be given notice of the entry of any temporary order in any proceeding involving child support if the department has a financial interest.

      Provides a procedure for a modification of a final administrative order.

      Authorizes the office of support enforcement to take action against a responsible parent's property.

      Repeals RCW 26.19.020.
