      Requires uniformity in the delivery of motor fuel.

      Prohibits discriminatory oil company wholesale prices.

      Requires oil companies to keep records for three years.

      Authorizes the attorney general to bring civil actions.

      Authorizes civil actions by a purchaser.

      Establishes a motor fuel antitrust enforcement trust fund.

      Places an additional tax on motor fuel.
