HB 1942 - DIGEST

      Provides for the appointment of a director and declares that members of the board shall serve part-time.

      Creates a joint committee on liquor control to establish a schedule to transfer responsibility for the sale of liquor to the private sector. 

      Repeals RCW 66.08.016.
