HB 1957-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

      Provides for a suspension of a license to operate a food processing plant when conditions exist that constitute an immediate danger to public health.

      Provides a civil penalty for a violation of the act.

      Provides for a misdemeanor offense for violations of the chapter.

      Repeals RCW 69.07.090 and 69.07.130.
