HB 1990 - DIGEST

      Designates the purposes of the export assistance project.

      Makes the project subject to the authority of the small business export finance assistance center.

      Directs the project to make every effort to seek nonstate funds to supplement its operations.

      Requires annual reports on the project.

      Repeals RCW 43.131.325 and 43.131.326.

      Terminates the project on June 30, 1996.

      Makes an appropriation of an unspecified amount to carry out the purposes of the act.
