HB 2020 - DIGEST

      Establishes the Asian American endowed scholarship program.

      Provides that the Asian American endowed scholarship shall be administered by the higher education coordinating board.

      Directs the board to establish an advisory committee to assist in program design.

      Establishes funds for award of scholarships.
