HB 2030 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

      Requires institutions of higher education to include a special report on tuition and fee waivers in its biennial budget request.

      Limits the percentage of aggregate tuition and fee revenue that may be waived in any biennium.

      Prohibits any new waiver programs until existing programs have been evaluated.

      Repeals provisions of chapter 28B.15, 28B.80, 28B.35, and 28B.40 RCW.
