(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that electric utilities shall not be subject to licensing and inspection with respect to work on apparatus of commercial, industrial, or public institution customers of utilities.

     Revises inspection requirements.

     Provides a license exemption to employees of exempt employers so long as the employees have registered with or graduated from a state-approved outside lineman apprenticeship course.
