HB 2067 - DIGEST

      Declares the assessed value of real property is equal to the average of the appraised values for that year and the immediately proceeding three years.

      Declares the assessed value of personal property is equal to the current appraised value.

      Provides that the act shall take effect if the proposed amendment to the state constitution is approved by the voters.
