HB 2101 - DIGEST

      Requires each person or organization to state, during the first forty-five seconds of a phone call, the name of any independent fundraising organization associated with the solicitation effort, and the fact that the fundraiser is compensated for its services.

      Makes a violation a class C felony offense.
