HB 2155 - DIGEST

      Expands family courts and family court services.

      Gives priority to cases involving children and authorizes the appointment of a guardian ad litem.

      Requires all counties to implement family court services by January 1, 1993, and bear fifty percent of the costs.

      Repeals provisions of chapter 26.12 RCW.

      Makes an appropriation of one million five hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
