HB 2156 - DIGEST

      Authorizes an application to the secretary of state to have the office serve as the address for a victim of domestic violence.

      Authorizes disclosure to law enforcement agencies and to identified persons when ordered by a court.

      Exempts protected records from the public disclosure act.
