HB 2165 - DIGEST

      Directs the legislative budget committee to hire a consultant to conduct phase I of a study of the state transportation system.

      Requires phase II to allow for extensive citizen and legislative input.

      Makes an appropriation of two million two hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
