HB 2209 - DIGEST

      Revises pesticide recordkeeping and posting requirements.

      Requires posting of warning signs when pesticides are applied to public or private school grounds, day care centers, public parks and playgrounds, and residential property.

      Requires an applicator to provide information regarding the pesticide applied.
