HB 2219 - DIGEST

      Directs the legislative budget committee to review each tax preference for possible termination.

      Requires a report by December 30, 1991.

      Directs the ways and means committee of the senate and the revenue committee of the house to draft appropriate legislation upon receipt of the report.
