      Requires the lessor, for each lease-purchase agreement, to disclose to the consumer the items of information specified by the act.

      Specifies the types of requirements which may not be contained in a lease-purchase agreement.

      Establishes procedures for reinstatement of an agreement after a failure to make timely payment.

      Provides regulations for any advertisements for lease-purchase agreements.

      Requires lease-purchase companies to sanitize upholstered furniture and bedding upon return.

      Prohibits the leasing of unsanitized furniture or bedding.
