      Revises provisions of chapter 9A.56 RCW to increase the value amounts of stolen property necessary to establish degrees of seriousness of the offenses.

      Continues jurisdiction over an offender for a maximum period of ten years for purposes of collecting restitution owed to a victim of crime.
