HB 2332 - DIGEST

      Requires school districts, educational service districts, and their contractors to require a background check, including a fingerprint check, before hiring an employee who will have unsupervised access to children under the age of sixteen.

      Authorizes a waiver if the applicant has had a background check within the previous two years.
