      Requires hospitals to establish a procedure for disclosing to health care providers the charges for all in-house health care services to be ordered for their patients.

      Requires these charges to be posted on the patient's chart.

      Requests the state hospital association to develop a protocol that establishes a standardized system of disclosure of charges.
