      Establishes an academic and vocational integration development program to fund and coordinate three pilot projects to develop model secondary school projects combining academic and vocational education.

      Establishes requirements and application procedures to participate in the program.

      Establishes the academic and vocational integration development program account.

      Authorizes waivers of designated statutes and rules for pilot project districts.

      Requires annual reports on the progress of the pilot projects.

      Makes an appropriation of two hundred fifty thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
