      Provides that a conviction for assault in the third or fourth degree, arson in the second degree, taking a motor vehicle without permission, indecent liberties, malicious mischief in the first degree, possession of stolen property in the first or second degree, or theft in the first or second degree shall disqualify an individual from issuance of a license to carry a concealed weapon.
