HB 2381 - DIGEST

      Establishes penalties for liquor stores and for liquor store employees who sell liquor to minors.

      Requires containers of four or more gallons of malt liquor to have a warning attached that states that supplying liquor to a minor may result in a mandatory jail sentence.

      Provides that a person convicted of a violation shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one day nor more than one year.
