HB 2386 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

      Establishes the duties and authority of the employment security department relating to labor market information and economic analysis.

      Requires the department to submit an annual report to the legislature and the governor.

      Makes an appropriation of one hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.

      Repeals RCW 50.12.260.
