      Requires an employer to provide a written document to agricultural employees which contains a description of the compensation, the conditions of transportation, housing, health, board, and day care services, the terms and conditions of employment, and the name and address of the owner.

      Establishes compensation payment requirements.

      Prohibits false or misleading representations and violations of the terms of a working arrangement.

      Specifies housing standards to be complied with.
