HB 2474 - DIGEST

      Requires the director of financial management to provide the number of full-time equivalent employees currently employed by the second Monday of each December.

      Requires the omnibus appropriation bill or bills to include an estimate of the full-time equivalent employees funded in each year of the biennium.
