      Requires the department to develop a curriculum for chemical dependency counselors, volunteer workers, and staff personnel of domestic violence programs, childhood sexual abuse programs, and sexual assault programs.

      Requires the selection of two sites to serve as first year training sites.

      Makes an appropriation of twenty-five thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
