      Revises the definition of a "nonprofit facility" in RCW 43.180.300 to allow additional facilities to be eligible for financing by the state housing commission.

      Provides that a nonprofit corporation which receives financing pursuant to the act cannot expect continuation of payments under a contract with the state beyond the terms of that existing contract.
