      Defines "stop loss insurance" as insurance against the risk of economic loss assumed under a self-funded employee disability benefit plan.

      Exempts group stop loss insurance from provisions of chapters 48.21, 48.32A, and 48.41 RCW, except for RCW 48.21.010.

      Establishes requirements for group stop loss insurance.
